About Executive Problem Solvers

EPS is owned and operated by Patrick Grace, Sr.

In 2018, Pat Grace, retired after a very successful 42-year career at UPS, where he spent the last 20 years as Program and Solutions Director, at UPS. Patrick’s group managed 40 of the largest Supply Chain Logistics Customers in the world.. Upon retirement, he immediately became the Executive Director of Leadership Through Athletic, (501c3)a foundation which he and his brothers founded in 2004.

“Running LTA was my dream job, I agreed to not take a salary so we could do more for the community. I knew it would be hard work everyday, but I finally had a chance to spend 100% of my time helping the seniors and youth in my Lansdowne community, where I was born and raised, and my parents lived until their passing several years earlier. Patrick announced his plans on stepping down from the LTA Executive Director role at the end of 2022 because the brothers had an opportunity to turn over the 501c3 organization to Baltimore County, Parks and Recs Department – “This was a dream come true for Mike, Tom and I, this was our exit strategy because we were all getting older, and we were approaching our 20th year of LTA, but this was a home run for the community. The county had more funding to expand our programs and committed to us to spend more resources and more l services to other local communities.”

“My final goal over the next 10 years is to enjoy life – But I want to be in the Arena – It is what I love to do – finding ways to make a difference and still using my skills to help people – So I have created a new fun business with two talented associates and partners, that allow me to do what is important for me – traveling more, spending more time with my family, while spending 5-6 months living in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. – Now I get to slow down, help seniors and do what I love”.

Patrick J. Grace Sr. started up his latest project in 2022 and serves as the managing director for Executive Problem Solvers (EPS) and is the founder of the group. Patrick said his priority to to focus on helping seniors in anyway he c.
